Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all antique repair and restoration services provided by Andrews And Abbey Riley Llc through our website andrewsriley.com and is designed in compliance with U.S. federal law and Kansas state law.

1. Payment Terms

All service fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit and debit cards, electronic payments such as PayPal, and other approved methods. Full payment or a deposit may be required before starting any restoration work. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful receipt of your payment.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Andrews And Abbey Riley Llc strives to provide high-quality antique repair and restoration services. Refunds and cancellations are managed as follows:

  • Clients may cancel their appointment within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee if materials or specialized labor were already allocated.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to mccoyhull@andrewsriley.com within 14 days of service completion.
  • If a service cannot be completed due to our error, a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Services that have been fully performed, custom or one-of-a-kind restorations, or specialized materials are generally non-refundable. This includes completed antique repairs, refinishing, and restoration of unique items.

4. Rescheduling Services

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a new confirmation email will be sent once the service is rescheduled.

5. Service Issues
